Costa Rica Catamarans Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a tour with Costa Rica Catamarans, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your entire relationship with us and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

2. Booking and Payment

Bookings are considered confirmed upon receipt of payment. Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified in writing. We accept [List accepted payment methods]. A confirmation email will be sent to you with details of your booking.

3. Tour Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation policies vary depending on the tour and the time of cancellation. Please refer to the specific tour details for cancellation policies.

  • Cancellations made 2 days or more prior to the tour date may be eligible for a full refund, less a % processing fee.
  • Cancellations made within 1 day of the tour date are not eligible for a refund.

4. Liability

Costa Rica Catamarans is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, weather conditions, acts of God, or third-party negligence. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
